Qualitative studies have positioned themselves as the best tool for understanding consumer behavior. In this research, the reader will find an analytical approach to the trends of this instrument, as well as its uses and projection in Colombian companies. The baseline information was compiled through five in-depth interviews with market research agencies and 22 interviews conducted with marketing managers, marketing managers, account executives and market intelligence analysts.
